YES, you sure can! I have a super easy to use print shop integrated directly into your online photo gallery. So, as soon as you receive your photos from me, you’ll have access to order prints and albums of your photos and have them delivered straight to your door. Each product is hand selected by me and is printed at a lab right here in Ontario. I also offer a super unique option for having your photos framed through me, so be sure to ask for details during our meet and greet! 

While I am not a videographer, so I don’t officially offer full day professional video coverage, I often take some informal videos alongside my photos. This is more behind the scenes or home video style than professional video coverage. If you’re looking to have an official wedding video created for your day, I’d be happy to point you towards some wedding videographers I think are great! 

Absolutely you can, and I'd love if you do! Adventuring to new places and taking in stunning surroundings is one of my favourite ways to spend my time. When I get to do that with wonderful clients or for beautiful weddings, it only gets better! If you’re headed off to the nearest beach or mountain vista, somewhere sentimental to you, or even just having a more intimate elopement style wedding somewhere a little closer to home, I’m happy to meet you there! Just mention you’re thinking of travelling for your wedding/elopement/session when you inquire, and I’ll make sure we get you all the info you need so I can come with you! Currently, I’m open for bookings within Canada. If you’re planning something international, I’m happy to chat about your timeline and see if we can work together! 

Weather is such a special part of what sets the scene and makes your photos unique. So, in most cases, I’ll likely suggest we embrace whatever weather your photo day has in store for us. The way I see it, part of the beauty, surprise, and originality of working in natural environments is appreciating and adapting to diverse weather conditions. As anyone who’s seen The Notebook knows, a little rain can add a whole extra level of depth and romance to your photos. That said, if our safety is ever at risk because of the weather I will be happy to reschedule for a better day or pivot with you to an indoor ceremony. Otherwise, bring on the clear umbrellas and cinematic vibes!

Random fun fact about me (that you didn’t ask for): I’ve actually studied meteorology! So, you can count on me to nerd out about the conditions and probably give you a little extra info about what me may be in for on your day. I know – nerd alert – but I not so secretly love it!

Though my photos have a natural look and feel, I will never leave you to just “act natural” and fend for yourself in front of the camera. I’m either documenting actual moments, that would be happening with or without me and my camera there – think hugs from family members, tears and smiles during your ceremony, and epic dance floor shenanigans, OR I’m lightly prompting you to guide you into moments I know will photograph beautifully and naturally – think “go for a walk and explore the scenery”, “pull her close and whisper something funny in her ear”, but NOT “smile and look at me”. Either way, I’ll be sure to give you that candid look you’ll love, without any pressure to figure it all out on your own. 

No, I do not share RAW/unedited images with my clients. Trust me on this one, thousands of unsorted photos, huge file sizes, and unconverted file formats are not things you want to handle on your own. And frankly, it wouldn’t be fair for me to ask you to DIY that. Image processing/editing is half the process of wedding photography. It’s the icing on the cake, and a big part of what gives a photographer’s photos their signature look and feel. Half the reason you choose to hire me is for my editing style. Handing you RAW images files would be like passing along undeveloped film strips and asking you to head to the dark room and process them yourself. Not the vibe.
